Many of my clients are high-performing, deeply empathetic individuals who have learned to mask their pain through perfectionism, people-pleasing, and over-functioning. They often come to me feeling burned out, disconnected from themselves, and unsure how to express their own needs after years of prioritizing others. In our work together, we’ll focus on rebuilding a relationship with your inner world, your emotions, your body, your history, and your voice. I bring a trauma-informed, somatic lens to healing, drawing on the mind-body connection to help you move from just surviving to truly living.

My approach blends somatic work and nervous system education, DBT, narrative therapy, emotion regulation, and self-compassion practices that focus on identity, boundaries, and self-worth. I believe that healing happens not only through insight but through safety both within your body and in your relationships. I also offer EMDR therapy.

You don’t have to keep holding it all together alone. Whether you are navigating anxiety, grief, trauma, or relational challenges, I offer a space where you can slow down, be witnessed, and start to build a life rooted not in survival, but in emotional safety.
