Hi! I am Vidya. I understand that it takes great courage and resolve to seek therapy. I show up for my clients consistently, providing a safe space. As a therapist, my goal is to help my clients be seen, heard, and validated. My focus is to bring healing to children and families experiencing difficult relationship dynamics and traumatic events. I have extensive experience working with children, teens, young adults, and women who are experiencing depression, anxiety, life transitions and grief. I have experience supporting neurodivergent individuals, providing coaching and support for ADHD, and working with behavior concerns.
I have training in multiple therapeutic modalities such as Trauma-Focused CBT, Play Therapy, EMDR, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and many other Narrative and Relational therapeutic approaches. I can support families going through divorce, reunification, narcissism, and grief.
