I love working with adults, adolescents and families. I believe in using evidence-based approaches, but always in a way that's tailored to you and never a "one-size-fits-all" approach. I specialize in treating depression, anxiety, addiction and behavioral problems.
I am a long-time meditator and often implement mindfulness techniques in the therapeutic process. I understand that the process of looking for a therapist can be really stressful, so it's important to me to get back to potential clients quickly.
