Picking the right therapist isn’t easy. It’s not like some things where you can just google “Best Vacuum” and get a top ten list. If only it worked that way! Then again, maybe it shouldn’t. Therapy is a relationship and like all relationships, not everyone is a good match. We do get a sense when someone is (potentially at least!) right, and trusting that gut feeling is a good place to start.
