My ideal client is an individual who may be having difficulty with bio-psycho-social-spiritual behavior changes. These difficulties include but are not limited to the following: difficulty coping with a traumatic event, poor anger management, school or social issue behavior problems, boundaries issues, and sibling rivalry. My ideal client will be motivated in finding self-sustaining coping strategies and insight into the reasoning behind the challenges they face.

I also, offer EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing therapy) for Adults EMDR is not only used for PTSD but an array of clinical problems that can have positive life changing results. I work with teens to help with self esteem, social anxiety, ADHD, Autism and other concerns.

I treat adults, couples and families through an interactive supportive counseling process. Many of the issues my client's encounter stem from relationship issues, depression, anxiety, addiction, substance abuse, life adjustment, work stress, school, and behavioral problems. I see brokenhearted adults and children as they learn to cope with an unstable world. My heart is to heal the broken hearted and give hope where hope was once lost.

I love working with clients that are dealing with challenges, and assist them in gaining the tools they need to increase their ability to live a sustainable life. Growing up in an area filled with poverty, I developed a personal understanding of what it’s like to go without due to lack of basic needs. As a Black woman, I have also seen a lot of racial injustice as well as the impact of unaddressed mental health challenges due to limited resources and access to care. As a result of my lived experiences, I refuse to remain silent and I have a desire to support those who are normally looked over and forgotten about.
