As a licensed counselor with nearly a decade of experience, I have lent my passion to multiple settings from in-patient to community-based, military to now private practice. My bandwidth includes working with adults, children & teens, families and couples. The maladies ranges from anxiety, depression, psychosis, marriage, family challenges to the most personal of issues. I have extensive experience helping clients work through trauma, improve communication skills, decrease stress, and build additional coping strategies in order to improve their current quality of life. I work by listening, hearing and helping my client gain a deeper understanding of obstacles, which are causing repeating patterns of negative behavior,and how to overcome struggles. Christine Knight is an Internal Family Systems practitioner trained by the IFS Institute and currently enrolled in Level 2 Intimacy From The Inside Out (IFIO) training & a clinical hypnotherapist dedicated to helping people reconnect back to the disconnected parts of themselves to bring healing, peace, and abundance into their lives. Christine has taken the "scenic route" in her own healing journey from complex childhood developmental trauma over the past two decades and now brings all her experience and education in clinical hypnotherapy and mental health counseling to help you navigate your journey towards healing and wholeness.
