My bandwidth includes working with adults, children & teens, families and couples. The maladies ranges from anxiety, depression, psychosis, marriage, family challenges to the most personal of issues. Treatment is individualized and structured for your specific issue The client and myself together develops an individualized plan. I work by listening, hearing and helping my client gain a deeper understanding of obstacles, which are causing repeating patterns of negative behavior,and how to overcome struggles. My clients find me engaging and sensitive to their issues. Phone sessions and E-life advisement for those too busy , or desiring anonymity !

The past is in the present and the body remembers. With you guiding the sessions, I help you identify your earliest coping mechanisms so you can gain insight into why you have difficulties in the present. We can engage in "talk therapy" or I can use my skills and training in EMDR therapy to help you heal past trauma and to prepare for a brighter future! I have added two more therapist to the business. We have an Autism Support Group and a Soldier Support Group. If we can't help you, we will find someone who can.
