For decades I have specialized in cognitive-behavioral treatment of psychiatric disorders, with international recognition as an expert in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of all anxiety disorders and bipolar disorders. CBT is a short-term treatment modality that has been scientifically proven effective. It focuses on the "here and now" by teaching coping and other tools that have proven success. Services include consultations, expert diagnostic evaluations, and treatment via videoconferencing throughout the world. For bipolar disorder, I often work with couples and families, as well as individuals affected by the disorder.
