Hello folks! At this time, I continue to share my passion for DBT and EMDR in the treatment of traumas and challenging life circumstances. This year, I am taking time to focus on supporting fellow mental health providers seeking therapy, social workers seeking licensure, and those suffering from perinatal loss. Our therapy sessions together would primarily take place via tele-health (HIPAA-secure web video). I do have in-office availability on Mondays and Thursdays. I am intensively trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR, Level 1 & 2). I specialize in helping individuals stabilize current events and past/present adverse life experiences. My specialities include attachment trauma and PTSD.
I am familiar with the vast effects of trauma, the implications of unmet needs, and how to create space alongside the darkness. I enjoy dialogue that is explorative, curious, organic, and encouraging of mutual feedback. I prioritize the art of listening to narratives, building self-empathy and connection, understanding needs, and empowerment.
