I have over a decade of experience teaching mindfulness and spiritual counseling in community and university settings. I use this experience to help my clients with trauma, OCD, mood and anxiety disorders. I can work with you to develop strategies to change old patterns develop new ones. Couples and individuals of all backgrounds, races and genders welcome.
