Hey there, my name’s Lucas, and I’m a licensed therapist who works with teens, adults, and couples! I work with clients on specific issues they highlight and see as the things that need to be addressed the most, but I also take a holistic approach and address whatever you and I through therapy identify as compounding factors - be they internal, such as trauma, or external, such as relationship troubles.

Somethings can be so sensitive or difficult we cannot talk to those who are involved. Maybe we need to discuss issues with those we are closest to us but can't or don't know how without causing conflict. At times we need someone who will listen judgment free. Relationships (self and with others) become “complicated” and impact our ability to function in our lives and cause distress and/or dysfunction often leading to poor coping and adapting skills, leading to depression, anxiety, suicide idealization, etc. Our sessions end organically. Our focus is on you and not arbitrary time restraints. We also offer 24 hour emergency support.

I believe that reaching out for help takes courage and that it is a sign of strength. Through providing a safe, confidential and supportive environment, my goal is to assist people with breaking down barriers that may be preventing them from seeking the help they need.

Joleena is Certified in the Treament of Sexual Addiction, is a Certified Betrayal Trauma Coach, a Certified Clinical Trauma and Addiction Specialist, with a Masters of Psychology in Grief Counseling, and a Bachelors of Science in Psychology. Joleena specializes in helping couples working through betrayal and addiction of all kinds. She also works with clients that are struggling with anxiety, addictive behaviors, depression, PTSD, emotional abuse, mental abuse and trauma of various kinds. Her passion is to provide a safe space for her clients and to walk hand-in-hand with them, guiding them through the healing process.
