I’m Dr. Azadeh Weber, a licensed Clinical Psychologist.​ My professional background includes mental health services for individuals, couples, families, and groups. I have worked in community mental health, as a counselor in K-12 education, as a milieu counselor for families in a hospital setting, and as a therapist and forensic assistant in Workers' Compensation. I built a therapeutic farm in Spokane, WA and won multiple grant awards to provide heritage art workshops to women to enhance resiliency. I care about my clients’ well-being and strive to deliver counseling and psychological services catered to their needs.

Through a humanistic approach and use of evidence-based treatments, I strive to help my clients grow, heal, persevere, and find and harness their inner strength. I am open and warm by nature and am also flexible in working together to meet each of my client's individual needs. I care deeply about the work that I do and use my background working with adults, adolescents, children, and their families to employ my passion for helping others.

My name is Wes Hamper, and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) based in Northern California. I work with adults throughout California via Telehealth and specialize in anxiety and stress management, assertiveness, and self-actualization. My primary modalities of treatment include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Narrative Therapy to help my clients manage life's ups and downs, find their voice, and reach their full potential. I have always had a keen interest in the workings of the mind and how our individual experiences color our perception of life experiences.

"What is the trouble that brings you in today?" I always start our conversation this way. I begin sessions by focusing on the here and now and filling in the past as needed. I help individuals struggling to create relationships that are fulfilling enough, work with parents, teens, couples and individuals trying to find satisfying relationships, be effective in the workplace or school and channel their behavior productively. If life were simple, there would be less need for confessional booths, principals' offices and psychotherapy. Things happen along the way, get set aside, accumulate and catch up.
