Groups
DBT Distress Tolerance Virtual Group
This is a 6 weeks virtual group, emphasizing the benefits of learning to bear emotional pain skillfully. The 6 topics rotated through approximately every one and half month. This is an open enrollment therefore, members can join on any Thursday of the week at 6:30 pm and welcome to return on an as needed basis for an ongoing support in successful application of skills, goal setting, accountability and material review. Although we introduce a new topic each week, we will consistently include the following core concepts in how these skills can help tolerate distress, accept in a non-evaluative and nonjudgmental fashion.
