I am Joseph Yiu Lee. In my forty years of practice, I have aided clients in slowing down obtrusive thoughts, helping them find time to breathe, working through trauma, and restoring quality sleep.
I help my client through depression, anxiety, obsession, and various addictions (including relationship addiction). I guide them in overcoming past trauma and uncovering how the past trauma impacts their current relationships. I utilize hypnosis, EMDR, and trauma-focus therapy.
I am most effective with patients who are curious about, interested in practicing eastern psychological techniques such as: breathing and centering exercise, deep muscle relaxation, mindfulness, and meditation.
