You may struggle to cope with and find balance between the frustrations of school, relationships, work, and family. Maybe you feel it is time to focus on personal growth and seek harmony. Taking the first steps can feel extraordinarily challenging but I will be there to provide support and guidance within your journey. "I am a licensed clinical psychologist in practice for over 20 years. My practice is dedicated to both psychotherapy and neurofeedback. My psychotherapy background is psychodynamic and cognitive behavioral. The blending of these approaches allows me to tailor individual treatment in a way that is designed to address specific needs. I meet people where they are as they come into therapy, help them get symptom relief by working to address cognitive and behavioral issues that are preventing them from leading their most satisfying life, while looking to foster insight and healing from the patterns that caused symptoms in the first place."

"As a seasoned psychotherapist with over 20 years of experience, I work with both individuals and couples. I am experienced and comfortable working with a variety of concerns including anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, grief and loss, trauma or abuse, stress, and life transitions. It is certainly not necessary though to have identified a problem in order to meet with me, as I also work with people who are feeling stuck or unfulfilled in life to find ways to move forward differently. Couples most often contact me to work through relationship problems that have arisen, improve communication, and restore the connection."
