I am a practicing therapist since 2016 that primarily specializes in the treatment of children, adolescents, and adults. I am familiar treating a variety of conditions, including but not limited to anxiety, depression and mood-related conditions, behavioral issues, trauma and dissociative disorders. My approach is informed by EMDR therapy, attachment theory, and developmental psychology. I frequently utilize approaches from EMDR therapy and influenced by principles of Theraplay and Dyadic Developmental Psychotherapy to best support my clients and their families.
