Welcome to my profile! Let me share a little about myself. I own a telehealth practice in TX, Pragmatic Solutions Therapy PLLC. I serve adults of any age and specialize helping those dealing with anxiety, grief, trauma, depression, mood disorders, adjustment issues, anxiety, life transitions and health-related challenges. I use specific modalities such as: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Solutions Focused, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive, Biofeedback, Humanistic, Acceptance Commitment therapy and a telehealth version of EMDR. I welcome anyone searching for solutions to any issue impeding their life goals.

Over the course of my counseling career, I have worked with people who were anxious, depressed, stressed, and simply burned out; I have helped couples who have struggled with communication issues and relationship barriers; I have worked with families regarding parenting, abuse, grief, and death; and I have helped adolescents and adults with career planning, self-esteem building, goal setting, and wellness strategies to cope with major life changes. Clients often come to me feeling stuck or hopeless. Through therapy, they find their voices and begin their journey of change.

I deal with a myriad of issues including depression, anxiety, OCD, bi-polar disorders, personality disorders, grief counseling, career guidance, motivation, current and/or past trauma, college experiences, brain injuries, and familial issues like parenting and relationships. I find working with all ages, ethnicities, religions, and special populations fulfilling. I thoroughly enjoy helping other people better themselves.
