When it comes to counseling we keep it simple. You know how you want to feel and how you want your mental health and relationships to be. As we work together you will be able to develop the roadmap to get you there. We will provide you with the tools, resources, interventions, and methods in a judgement free safe space. Our therapeutic process is brief, highlighting your strengths. We address your concerns right away, so you can have relief starting on the first session. Exercises are given in between sessions to accelerate growth.

We have a few therapists to choose from. Michelle Blank is a Licensed Professional Counselor specializing in Anxiety, Substance-Abuse, and Trauma. She works with adult individuals that are 18+. She has night and weekend hours available. Eric Rothe specializes in substance abuse and trauma. He works with 18+ individuals. Pat Keaton is bi-lingual in Spanish and English and works with individuals 18+ and couples. Pat specializes in trauma, substance abuse, and life transitions.

We also specialize in treating children as young as 3 years old, preteens, adolescents, and adults with trauma, self harm, sexual abuse, and grief. With children, we are skilled in treating behavioral issues, ADHD, and peer-relationship skills. We also use a variety of modalities to help my clients effectively implement healthy coping skills, positive self talk, and work towards a healthier you, using EMDR, Gottman, CBT, and Play/Activity Therapy.

My ideal client is someone that is open to being vulnerable; realizing their worth in this world and that they, too, deserve to be happy. Happiness is individualized and is not a "one-size-fits-all" narrative.

I specialize in seeing individuals who are dealing with the following issues: depression and anxiety, Bipolar disorders, relationship issues, childhood sexual abuse/trauma, career transitions, unplanned pregnancy, grief and loss, and behavioral problems. I have training in Biblical studies (a one year certificate in Bible and Ministry) which provides a foundation for Biblically-based counseling. I do treat clients who express a non-spiritual focus.

I have over 20 years experience and I love to work with children and families, and my specialties include children learning differences, including ADHD, Autism, 2e, Dyslexia and other neurodivergences. I also do general counseling for adults and teens. I love to help kids develop skills that will help them lead a successful, independent life.
