Our clients almost always come to us because they feel "blocked" by something inside. Something prevents them from moving forward, and they don't know what it is. We show them in the first session exactly what the brand new fMRI research shows is stopping them from change and how we will overcome it with hypnosis. Stress, fears, sleep problems, chronic pain, sexual problems, depression, bad habits, addictions, all result from the fact that our subconscious mind is out of tune with our conscious desires. Hypnotism is uniquely qualified to address that very quickly, without months and months of talking with no results.

I primarily work with trauma, anxiety, and depression from a client-centered, holistic perspective. However, using an Internal Family Systems (IFS) approach, I can address various concerns across a broad spectrum of challenges. Whatever the obstacle may be, I will work with you on what resonates best and shows to be most effective.

I studied psychology, counseling, and family therapy for 12 years to become the best therapist I could be and to know how best to help someone work through depression or anxiety. I especially enjoy working with couples to help create their healthiest relationship. My speciality is working with parents and their children even if they are grown.

My passion is helping people who struggle in their daily lives with anxiety, anger, depression and PTSD. These can all be overwhelming and can make someone feel left out. Often, they can make someone believe they are not capable of living a normal life.
