My ideal client is ready for a change. They are someone who is looking for support with life stress and anxiety, adjusting to a life transition, feeling stuck, or wanting to grow themself. My client's goals might include learning to better manage stress and anxiety, finding their voice or direction, setting boundaries, growing self-worth, or creating new healthy patterns. They might want help with communication in the workplace and at home. They might want to start thriving in life and relationships and start healing from barriers in the past. Depression, anxiety, anger: sometimes our feelings can be confusing and overwhelming. Struggles at home and work increase when we're not sure how we feel or what to do with our feelings. Our relationships suffer, we don't feel happy and content, and we may wonder if there will ever be improvement.
