I’m a Licensed clinical professional counselor and "licensed mental health counselor that provides group, individual, and family therapy sessions to people struggling with alcohol or drug problems. I am a mental health service provider, trained to work with individuals, families, and groups in treating mental, behavioral, and emotional problems and disorders.

You may be nervous just thinking about starting the therapy process. So here's a little bit about how I do therapy. I specialize in Christian counseling and play therapy, as well as using expressive/sandtray therapy in sessions. What does this mean? It means that I believe it's super helpful to use many things within the therapy context. The image of sitting on a couch talking is not the only way counseling services are provided. Therapy can include using your faith to understand how to do things differently. It can also include using forms of creativity (art, sandtray) to identify points of being stuck and find new ways to heal!

I am a marriage and family therapist offering teletherapy and in-person therapy services to my fellow Texans. In treatment, I focus on working with you to develop and maximize your distinct strengths to overcome the concerns you are presently encountering. I use research backed approaches that are uniquely tailored to you.

So often life challenges us mentally, emotionally and spiritually which in turn negatively impacts us physically. My desire is to assist preteens, teens, adults, couples and families in overcoming those challenges by understanding that complete wellness is within reach.

Available M-Th 8AM-1PM. Women who are experiencing any deficit that is impacting their lives, in a negative way are my ideal clients. This includes issues such as self-esteem, anxiety, depression, relationship distress, and breaking generational curses (adults, couples, and family). If you're interested in making changes to improve the quality of your life, I'm open to challenging you in these areas by providing a safe, non-judgmental, and unbiased holding space to address your self-identified goals. Fighters who have lost their spark, but are somehow able to keep everyone else’s flame burning. I see you struggling… silently slipping below the surface. I want to help.

I understand that it takes great courage to ask for help, and see it as a true privilege to provide a safe and comfortable space for you to heal and grow through the counseling process. I firmly believe we are meant to walk through life together, and you'll find that my sessions often include time getting to know one another.
