I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Registered Play Therapist, and work with clients in their homes, school, virtually, and in the community environment. Many of my clients have difficulty with ADHD, ODD, Anxiety, Depression, Traumatic experiences, as well as self-esteem issues. In addition, I provide individual, family, and group counseling for children, adolescents, adults, and families.

Everyone experiences overwhelming times in thier lives where it seems as if we cant see our way through hard times. We may feel beaten and torn by stressful situations or experiences. With professional assistance, these experiences can act as an opportunity for personal growth. It would be a pleasure to get a chance to assist you in gaining control of your life, making desired changes and to adjust to life challenges. I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy techniques to provide you with the treatment you need. Treatment focus includes behavioral, depression, anxiety, stress, trauma, family, grief and adjustment issues.

Nothing has the ability to stop life and wear you out more than when you are not able to get back on your feet or continue to push past the pain. At some point we all break. As a licensed professional counselor and licensed clinical addictions specialist, I have been a witness to some of life’s most precious moments and also some of life’s most challenging circumstances. My goal and desire is to help others navigate through their world and to find answers to some of life’s most difficult questions

I specialize in the child and adolescent population and their families and have done so for 18 years. I specialize in treating individuals with Intellectual Developmental Disabilities and using Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for trauma recovery. In my practice I also treat adults ( who can be seen by other therapists as well as myself within the practice). I collaborate with a psychiatric nurse practitioner for medication management, ensuring comprehensive support for clients.
