I approach therapy as if I am building a team. I will be a coach, guide or facilitator as the need dictates. My aim is to engage my clients in a collaborative growing and healing venture. Meeting people where they are in their life is key to how I work and enable my clients to succeed. Because of my diverse work and life experiences, I am well-suited to work with people from different social and cultural backgrounds, ages 14 to 85.

Certified by the American Association of Pastoral Counselors, I am trained to integrate your values and beliefs in your work. I am trained to both provide the clinical skills you need, and to integrate a deeper understanding of your faith and values. I have expertise in severe mental illness and am LGBT friendly. I have completed Level 3 of Gottman Theory Training, and am a leader in the Seven Principles for Making Marriage Work program.

I have been providing Individual and Marriage/Couples Therapy in Bucks County, Pennsylvania for over 20 years. My primary office is in the Free Press Building, in Quakertown, PA. I am a member of the Pennsylvania Psychological Association and Academy of Psychologist Engaged in Private Practice in the Lehigh Valley.

I enjoy assisting clients who are interested in addressing healthy coping skills, core beliefs, and who are open to examining what they think and how it impacts what they feel and how behaviors can be re-learned. I support diversity and welcome persons of all faiths or those who are atheists or humanists. In addition, I support the LGBT community. I believe that I connect well with most clients and find that those seeking treatment are much healthier and lovable than they believe they are.

I am a licensed psychologist and have been providing therapy for individuals, families and couples for over 23 years. I have been in private practice since 1992, and have worked extensively in private, hospital and community mental health settings. My work focuses on helping people who are experiencing Depression and Anxiety. I specialize in the treatment of trauma and physical (body) problems. My specialties include trauma(PTSD, dissociation), abuse (sexual, physical, domestic),anxiety disorders,and body issues (illness, pain, eating disorders, fibromyalgia). I believe all people can become happier and I work with clients to make families healthier places for everyone.
