Teletherapy for Tioga County, PA

Telehealth therapy only but immediate openings- My ideal clients are couples ages 25-60 years of age that are having relationship issues and feel stuck in the negative interactions over and over. I am of the belief my primary role is to help you improve your responses to each other without breaking your core values and or deeply held principles. Your job is to create your own individual goals for being in therapy.  MY job is to help you reach them. I have many tools to help you become a more effective partner – they work best when you are clear about how you desire to be in your relationship.

I have been working with individuals of all ages for over 15 years. I have always been passionate about helping others and would love to support you whether you are simply going through some tough times, needs some motivation in making a change in your life or are struggling with some more difficult challenges. I have worked with a variety of populations including victims of trauma; parents, adolescents and children struggling with mental health or other neurodivergent individuals (ADHD, autism, etc). and individuals working to make lifestyle changes such as diet and nutritional changes.

Brainspotting is a somatic/body/brain based approach, and is my favorite intervention to use.
