We are a group practice of experienced therapists that specialize in pregnancy and postpartum mood and anxiety disorders, birth trauma, pregnancy and infant loss, infertility, loss of self, adjustment to parenthood, and other issues related to the early years of parenting and getting to know yourself in this new stage of life. While we specialize in perinatal clients, we also work with clients experiencing generalized anxiety, depression, grief and loss, life adjustments, stress, and those needing to improve their self worth, communication, and assertiveness.

As a dedicated Licensed Professional Counselor, I specialize in providing compassionate and evidence-based therapeutic services to individuals navigating PTSD, depression and anxiety disorders. With a deep understanding of trauma-informed care and therapeutic interventions, I have committed to supporting my clients on their journey towards healing, resilience, and well-being. In addition to my specialization in trauma and anxiety, I have a passion for working with children, adolescents, and their families. Recognizing the unique needs and developmental considerations of young children, I create a safe, nurturing environment.

I believe people are capable of personal growth and change at all stages in life. My approach is strengths-based and person-centered. Based on the needs of my client, I use a variety of interventions including; cognitive-behavioral, Lifespan Integration, and dialectical behavior therapy. I have worked with persons struggling with homelessness, addictions and domestic violence and I am familiar with twelve-step processes. As a parent of four grown children, I recognize the challenges and benefits of family relationships.
