She has recently received her RYT 200-hour yoga teacher training and often incorporates nature-based techniques in sessions. She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and has been in the field for over 16 years. She received her MSW from George Mason University and has extensive experience working with adults, families and youth in the Washington D.C. area, Arizona and Oregon.

I have two specialties, working with children and parents through adoption issues and working with children whose parents are experiencing separation and divorce. As a certified adoption specialist, I help adoptive parents and adopted children navigate through the developmental stages adoption brings. I also assist birth parents and adult adoptees through the complexities of search and reunion issues so they can complete their stories and find healing.
