There is more to life than just "getting through." We all have a desire to live a fulfilling & impactful life but this society does NOT show us how. To create that is absolutely possible if you have the right education, lifestyle, & mentor that fits you. This was the case in my life, & is why I respect that each person is different & requires their own path. So, I create personalized programs for all my patients & clients to address their issues at the ROOT & rebuild their daily lives on a foundation of knowledge, joy, & habits that align them with their true intentions. Once the wins start accruing.. success is guaranteed.

We all have hiccups in life and situations that knock us down. It takes a lot of strength and courage to reach out for help. As a therapist, my focus is on supporting adult women navigating life's challenges, from relationships to general stressors. Whether it's marriage, friendships, or parenting, I'm here to help. If you're feeling unhappy, worried, or struggling to find joy, it might be a sign that you've lost touch with your authentic self. Living up to others' expectations can take a toll. Together, in a positive and accepting environment, we can uncover your strengths and equip you with tools to navigate difficult times.

Many people find themselves struggling with hopelessness, anxiety, or managing everyday life experiences within their intimate relationships, parenting, or various stages of life. When we are struggling to stay afloat, it can be difficult to do even the smallest of tasks. We are not promised a life free of difficulties, but we also do not have to struggle through the journey alone. I believe in facilitating a collaborative dynamic in therapy to empower you, as clients, to find healing and solutions to issues.

You’re surviving going to work, school, picking up the kids, turning in homework, and doing everything you need but maybe you’re feeling like you can’t catch your breath. If something big has happened or is happening this can snowball into making everyday life even more difficult. People tell you to practice self-care, but what does that even look like?

I work with couples who are having problems and want help dealing with past issues and assistance creating their ideal relationship. I love working with couples who have a good relationship and want to make it even better. The retreat formatt helps couples focus on issues. Couples sessions are offered weekly as well for those using insurance. Weekly sessions can be in person or online.

As a person of color, and who has experienced depression and anxiety, I can understand when life becomes unmanageable and we need someone to talk to about our feelings of hopelessness and helplessness. I am here to talk because I have been down this road before. I am open and always willing to discuss the problem and help with your recovery. Life is too short to be quiet about our difficulties. I use a collaborative approach in which we work together to establish goals, make a plan for treatment, and continue to partner together in the process of counseling. I ask you to be responsible for whatever content you want to talk about at any given time, and I focus on the way we discuss your concerns so that it helps to build a trusting relationship so you can express your true feelings, find solutions for dealing with stressors, learn more about yourself, and get symptom relief.

I'm taking new clients! I am a relationship specialist, and I am trained in the Gottman Method. I am eager to help you improve your romantic relationships as well as friendships, situationships, family relationships, and more! I work with clients to identify the major contributors to relationship conflict and the antidotes to those issues. Whether you are looking for a relationship refresher or long term work to improve gridlocked issues, I'd love for you to become my client. I have experience with a variety of clients presenting with anything from anxiety and depression to relationship conflict and infidelity.

The start of any new journey can be exciting and wonderful, but it also can be difficult and anxiety-triggering. I believe a person’s counseling journey is no different. We will identify personal strengths and strategies to help you move forward in your healing and self-discovery.

I understand how life can seem chaotic and lonely. Knowing we are not alone can be one of the most freeing acknowledgments. However, I appreciate how complex challenges can be so the step towards freedom is not always the easiest. I don’t intend to change you. Instead, I will work with you as you get closer to where you want to be. I view the world through a faith-based lens and create a judgment-free environment. My desire is to meet you where you are and to help you move forward during challenging times.

Sometimes we don't like how we think or feel and that may initiate ideas about seeing a therapist. Beginning therapy for the first time or continuing your healing journey means you desire to live better, and that is courageous to choose to do. I want to give you the best experience with therapy. I believe in the beginning it is most important that the space be safe, comfortable, and inspiring for growth. My goal is to allow you to ask any questions and raise any concerns you may have so we can create an atmosphere where you can freely express yourself.
