Providing CBT & DBT via teletherapy. Perception is everything. How we perceive something will directly impact our emotional and behavioral responses. Learning to understand the process of perception will offer ongoing opportunities for an individual to enact change in his or her life. I offer specialized treatment for college students and young professionals during their transition into college or the workforce. In my practice I draw from my intensive training in both CBT and DBT to teach these fundamental coping skills to clients. Clients have the option to attend treatment in my office or via videoconferencing.

Margaret Schantz is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in New Jersey who has been practicing since 2017. Margaret has an MSW degree from Rutgers University. Margaret has had the opportunity to provide individual and group therapy in a variety of settings with both adolescents and adults from diverse socioeconomic and cultural backgrounds. Most recently, xe has been a program director for an intensive outpatient program that serves clients experiencing an acute level of symptoms and has also worked as a clinician within that program.

Kristen Premian is a Licensed Associate Counselor, National Certified Counselor, Disaster Response Crisis Counselor, and Clinical Certified Trauma Professional in New Jersey who has been practicing since 2022. She received her master's degree from Kean University in clinical mental health and her undergraduate degree from Rutgers University in Psychiatric Rehabilitation and Treatment. Kristen previously worked in inpatient psychiatric settings, community mental health, and intensive outpatient facilities.

I earned my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Centenary University and my Master’s degree in Teaching Special Education from New Jersey City University and my Bachelor’s degree from Gettysburg College.

Experience and Educational Background: I received my Masters of the Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Fairleigh Dickinson University. Prior to that, I received my Bachelors of the Arts in both Psychology and Sociology from Drew University. I am a National Certified Counselor (NCC) and a Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC) in the state of New Jersey. During my graduate internship, I worked for New Jersey AIDS Services in Morristown, New Jersey counseling clients who were HIV positive and homeless, while also suffering from substance abuse and mental health issues.

Education and Experience I earned by Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from The City University of New York and my Master's Degree in Counseling from Rider University. I received my Post Master's Licensed Associate Counselor Certification from Kean University. I am a NJ State Certified School Counselor, a Licensed Associate Counselor, as well as a National Certified Counselor. In addition, I am a Certified Positive Discipline Parent and Classroom Educator. For the last 15 years, I have worked as a school counselor. Prior to becoming a school counselor, I worked in the financial services industry.

Anthony Savio is a Licensed Professional Counselor in New Jersey who has been practicing since 2018. He has a B. S in Psychology from Lock Haven University, an M. A. in Psychology concentrated in child and adolescent development from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology (TCSPP), and an M. A. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from TCSPP. Anthony takes an empathetic approach to addressing clients' interests and issues. He offers a safe space for clients to be themselves and gets to the underlying issues to come up with creative and effective solutions.

I have helped a wide variety of clients in different settings with struggles like depression, anxiety, family conflict, homelessness, legal involvement, substance abuse and trauma. Ashley Sibiga is a Licensed Associate Counselor, who has been practicing since 2018. She graduated from Centenary Universiry in New Jersey with a Masters degree in Counseling Psychology. Ashley believes in guiding and engaging patient throughout the therapeutic process to become a healthier version of themselves inside and out. There is no one size fits all approach to therapy since everyone has their own unique stories. Her main areas of focus include adults 18+ years old, anxiety and depression.

I love working with people of all ages and stages and am especially passionate about supporting teenagers and working with couples to help heal and strengthen their relationship.

Maria Lezme is a Licensed Associate Counselor in New Jersey who has been practicing since 2023. She graduated from Saint Elizabeth University with her Masters in School Counseling and Mental Health Counseling and from Saint Peter's University with her Bachelors in Psychology. Maria can help clients of all ages who are struggling with past, present, or future issues. She makes sure the client's feelings are heard and understood through a nonjudgmental, person-centered approach. Outside of work, Maria enjoys going to the gym and spending time with family and friends.

Julia Cha Fong is a Licensed Associate Counselor in New Jersey who has been practicing since 2022. Julia provides a good balance between professionalism and warmth in the counseling session. Outside of work, Julia enjoys music whether she is listening to it or performing. She has been a musician on voice and flute for 10+ years. She is also passionate about makeup/cosmetics and keeping up with the latest beauty trends. In her free time, she enjoys hiking and being outside, baking, exercising, and gaming.

Brooke Hanlon (Haggerty) is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in New Jersey who has been practicing since 2015. She has a Bachelors in Psychology from Wake Forest University and a Masters in Counseling Psychology from Northeastern University.
