Hi there! I believe that in order to reach our maximum potential, we must work to both accept our emotions, and change our unhealthy behaviors. I believe in using evidence-based treatment practices to target powerful change. I am a strong proponent of both education and deep understanding in therapy. I have extensive education in several specialties utilizing mindfulness, neurobiology, and attachment. This combination makes me unique in being able to offer tools, answers, and deliver powerful and lasting results. I am not the listen and nod therapist. I am currently pursuing a Doctoral Degree in Psychology and I have a Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, I am a Clinical Professional Counselor Intern with a focus on trauma-informed therapy. My experience as a father, including going through a divorce and raising children, enhances my approach.
