I help people overcome trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship issues, with an understanding that these issues can overlap or involve additional problems impacting other areas of life. I am warm, relatable, active, and flexible, balancing exploratory work with directness. I have over 15 years of experience with a diverse body of clients. I divide my time between clinical work, teaching, and research.

The Trap House of Healing is an unapologetic urbanized practice for Black families to be seen, heard, and supported. The THoH was founded on the principles of building community by integrating Black culture, trap music, and holistic work to help heal those in need. Do you need help with your relationship? I specialize in Couples Counseling, with a speciality in premarital counseling. I help couples design their marriage. I choose to work with only a select few clients who are motivated and who recognize the investment of marital counseling. This is the most important investment that you will make in your relationship. Counseling is a priority and should be completed at the first indication of problems. I work with couples and individuals online and in person for a fee of $150 (individuals) and $200 (Couples) per session.

I received my MA in Counseling Psychology from Indiana Wesleyan University. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), specializing in working with men and women who are having difficulty balancing life and a variety of struggles (ranging from addictions, relationships, work, parenting, depression, anxiety, PTSD, etc.).
