She currently works with adults who are dealing with anxiety, depression, grief and loss. She also specializes in domestic violence, challenging irrational thoughts, and gaslighting.

Each individual goes through different milestones in life that encompasses expected and unexpected challenges. These challenges maybe difficult to handle without the appropriate support. My focus is to assist my clients through these challenges by providing a caring and empowering environment that will activate their healing process and create a successful outcome. My greatest challenge is the love of helping people working through their challenges.

I help people address unskilled thoughts, emotions &/or behaviors, helping them let go of things that are no longer serving them.
