I am an Associate Therapist with Seeds of Hope LLC, a private counseling practice serving Connecticut (LMSW) and Massachusetts (LCSW). I use a trauma and attachment informed eclectic approach, striving to meet each client where they are. I have experience working with individuals with a variety of mental health issues, including but not limited to: depression, anxiety, relational issues, etc. Creating a trusting environment, I work with clients to help develop strengths, support systems, awareness and coping mechanisms so that they can effectively improve their wellness and their relationships.

Hello! My name Is Adam. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Navy Veteran. When I was honorably discharged from the military, I felt a calling to continue to serve others through therapy. I've been working in the mental health field for the past 6 years. During that time, I have worked as an outpatient clinician at a Youth Service Bureau, where I primarily work with school aged children and their families. I also have had the privilege of working as a mobile crisis clinician, where I provide crisis stabilization for youth and families in crisis.

Throughout my forty years of professional life I have worked with people who are coping with the complete range of mental health issues and diagnoses, as well as the problems of everyday life. With each individual I strive to create a supportive atmosphere in which we can work together, developing a trusting relationship that will allow us to address your concerns, your goals, your needs. I know how difficult it can be to talk about one's self, to express thoughts and feelings, but in such a non-judgmental therapeutic setting this becomes easier and leads to resolving issues great and small that even at times seem unsolvable.
