We help families, teens, and adult individuals who are struggling. We offer them help when they are working through personal struggles, marriage/couple troubles, family concerns, the difficult teen years, emotional/behavioral issues, or other difficult life circumstances. This process can be scary and I commend you for starting it!

I know sometimes it feels like no one can help you. That you are too much, too dark, and too broken to be helped. Sometimes trauma can manifest by cutting, eating disorders, depression, chaos, and a real struggle to maintain friendships. It can be hard to even picture what a stable and consistent life would look like, but it's still something you want. Chaotic feelings feel like they take over you and you struggle to make it through each day. You want to live but still feel suicidal. This is all normal for someone with trauma, someone who has been through abuse, someone who has experienced broken relationships and even toxic ones.

I'm an experienced trauma and grief therapist. I work with my clients in ways that support the "why" and "now what?". PTSD, meaningful life, crash of who you were; medical trauma; disaster; life passage; divorce; relationship; dysfunctional family; abuse; grieving who you were. Who are you now? I am also DOT SAP (Department of Transportation, Substance Abuse Professional) qualified. I provide individual, coupIes, and family therapy. I specialize in working with adolescents who experience suicidal tendencies, self-harming behaviors and depression and anxiety. I can also assist with licensure supervision for LMFTs or LACs.

I enjoy working with children (ages 3 and up) and adolescents struggling with a variety of mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, self-harming thoughts and behaviors, behavior problems, attachment problems, sleep and toileting concerns, and grief.
