I am a bicultural, bilingual Latina with nine years experience working with diverse populations. I believe that everyone has a story and courage to be the best version of themselves. I chose to become a licensed clinical social worker to help people learn and cope. I work with adults that have experienced trauma, anxiety, depression, and life issues because I know there is treatment. In addition, I offer my services to First Responders because I know there is a need for this population. I am currently certified in Brainspotting. I offer a judgment-free safe space for you to explore and learn.

Sunshine Neuropsychology, Inc. offers a variety of services to improve the life quality of children and adults. Assessments we offer include Neuropsychological, Psychological, ADHD, Autism, Learning Disability, Intellectual Disability, Independent Educational (IEE), Gifted, Pre-Surgical, Chronic Pain, and Political Asylum. Individual psychotherapy is offered to treat a plethora of conditions (e.g., anxiety, depression, grief, posttraumatic stress, limited social skills). My name is Yolanda Bolden and I am an Associate Marriage Family Therapist (AMFT). I graduated from Holy Names University where I earned my Bachelor’s and Master's Degree in Psychology. In addition to working at A to Z Psychotherapy, I am also a Behavioral Health Clinician with Alameda County Health Care Services. I have over 25 years of experience working with children, young women and young adults in the Christian Community as a bible study teacher, and group facilitator.

I have been interested in working with children & adolescents for most of my life. Helping them to improve their self-esteem, self-worth, & self-love. My training has focused on working with adolescents & young adults experiencing anxiety, depression, social isolation/social anxiety, trauma, autism, ADHD, suicidality, LGBTQIA+ identity and stress/anger. My approach to therapy is relational client centered. I use CBT, DBT, narrative, art, and play therapy, Gestalt Therapy, & I actively work with my clients to select the approach that is a good fit for them. I typically work with adults with depression, anxiety, panic attacks, OCD, codependency, attachment wounds, first-generation status, substance use, LGBTQIA+, and bipolar disorder.

My name is Natasha Kennard and I am an Associate Marriage & Family Therapist (AMFT) and an Associate Professional Clinical Counselor (APCC). With a master's degree in clinical psychology, I am dedicated to providing comprehensive and compassionate mental health support. I am a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist, LMFT 123208. I worked as a teacher and decided to go back to school and continue my education, to enable me to work with families, couples and individuals in a therapeutic setting. My focus is family, marriage and couples counseling. I have experience working with families that have unconventional lifestyles. In addition, I have experience working with couples, teens, groups and children. I have worked with the school district as a mental health counselor, as well as conducted group therapy in all settings. I am certified for Bariatric Surgery Psychological Assessments.
