If you don't know where to start, or words to describe what you feel, we know that seeking help can feel scary, especially if no one in your circle "goes to therapy". Please know you're not alone - we are here to help. We work with our clients to identify how past experiences and current mindsets may be affecting relationships, jobs, health and overall quality of life. This includes 'talk therapy' and also EMDR which is different from regular therapy but it can be especially helpful for trauma, phobias, addiction, depression and anxiety.

I am a Licensed Psychotherapist, LMFT, LPCC, and Life Coach. I specialize in Counseling or Coaching Men or Women in Mid-LIfe Crisis misery. I help individuals uncover and address barriers to balance, happiness, and personal success. We then work to find and empower the Client's own "Inner Coach" in order to achieve the desired goals. I also specialize in Counseling and Coaching for Teens and Parents who are suffering, helping the teen who feels lost, unacceptable, unaccepted and is rejecting of self, and Parents who are struggling with a troubled or troubling Teen.

We will set your therapy goals together, and discuss methods your are comfortable with to address your goals. I have been in practice for 38 years. I utilize approaches of Cognitive Behavioral (CBT), Psychodynamic, Solution Focused Brief (SFBT), Resource & Linkage, MI, and Strength-Based approaches to help you with your present life challenges. I am accepting new clients as of JANUARY 1, 2024 for VIRTUAL psychotherapy only. I have been working in the field Mental Health since 2005. This is not quick fix therapy, this is deep, longer term psychodynamic psychotherapy, offering CBT/MI methods and EMDR when appropriate. Psychotherapy is not just a science, it is an ART.
