I believe self-awareness contributes to change and improvement; therefore, my therapeutic approach focuses on developing deeper understanding of the inner self. I help my clients build bridges to their inner child in order to work through and remove internalized barriers. Healthy and meaningful interpersonal relationships determine the quality of one’s life which is why in my practice I assist clients identify toxic interactions and implement firm boundaries.

Our frustrations with life and emotional pain are often rooted in unexpressed parts of ourselves of which we are largely unaware. Challenges or life transitions (expected or unexpected may create disruption in your life as well as awakening awareness of problematic patterns and pain from the past. You may feel stuck in patterns of bad relationships, loss of identity, or lacking meaning in life, even when you know you want to break free. You may be defined by your job or family role, but what else are you? What joy or meaning is missing in your life from not knowing all that you really are?
