My name is Sanjeshni Sen. I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT 105067). I utilize a person centered/humanistic approach to therapy. My areas of practice include depression, anxiety, grief, stage of life transitions, interpersonal relationships/conflicts, PTSD, women's issues, coping skills, and addiction/ relapse prevention. I have worked with individuals from varies paths of life. This includes working with individuals with mood disorders, comorbidity, life transitions, self-esteem, family conflict, peer/ romantic relationships, grief, perinatal (pregnancy, postpartum), LGBTQ+ and racial identity.

Empowered with this knowledge, we will explore your values in the present and develop skills that help you both cope with life as it is and create life as you want it to be. I utilize attachment and systems-based orientations in conjunction with Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to help clients heal and experience their lives more fully.

Dr. Badal is a California-licensed marriage and family therapist. Additionally, he is also a registered psychological associate with the state of California. His educational training includes a graduate degree as well as a doctorate degree and training in clinical psychology with an emphasis on psychopharmacology and pain management. He has more than 20 years of experience in the behavioral health field and many years of experience in higher education, research, and educational and career advising.

It is very hands on, I will push you, encourage you, keep you accountable, strengthen you all while assisting you in accomplishing the goals you have set for yourself. During our work together, I will also provide you with a safe, non-judgmental environment so you can feel free to share what has been ruminating in your mind. If you are sick and tired about feeling unhappy about situations, experiences and or people, I am thrilled to help support you in this.

I have been treating adults, individuals, and couples for over ten years. I assist clients in discovering of their strengths, building a support system, and developing healthy lifestyles to set the foundation for life success. I help with all different types of issues, from communication, anger, and intimacy, to trauma, anxiety, depression, and substance use. My evidence-based approaches allow me to effectively address emotional and behavioral issues for clients from diverse backgrounds. I practice with all different types of therapy modalities, including EMDR, which is helpful for anxiety and trauma.
