I also work with adults experiencing anxiety, burnout, self-doubt, and life transitions. Many feel overwhelmed or stuck while managing daily responsibilities. My goal is to provide a supportive space where clients feel understood, build coping skills, improve emotional regulation, and move forward with clarity and confidence.
