My name is Victoria Wuest, and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) based in Redding, California, and working with clients statewide via telehealth. I work with children, adolescents, and adults; I specialize in trauma, anxiety, and stress. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), harm reduction, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) to help my clients meet their goals and develop skills to help them feel better.
I found that my style and approach are a good fit for children, adolescents, and adults who may be dealing with a history of trauma, anxiety, and/or stress. I have experience with treating a wide variety of mental health disorders in an outpatient setting.
I strive to create a warm and engaging environment for my clients. The therapeutic relationship is my highest priority as it is one of the most important components of treatment success. I believe that I create excitement to engage and work collaboratively on client's goals.
