My name is Victoria and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. My goal is to provide you with a safe space and resources to help you understand yourself and create the life you want. I work with adults and specialize in treatment of anxiety, depression and PTSD.
My warm yet direct style helps my clients overcome barriers and accomplish their goals. Treatment methods I use include CBT, EMDR, and Solution Focused Therapy. I use my experience to create an individualized approach for each person I see.
