I provide a safe, welcoming space where kids, teens, and women can be fully seen, known, and heard. I love helping clients navigate anxiety, depression, grief, OCD, body image, and self-worth, while also equipping them (or their parents) with tools to understand and thrive with ADHD or Autism. My goal is to help you reclaim parts of yourself, build resilience, and live more authentically! Therapy can be a place to grow, explore, and even have a little fun along the way.
I use a holistic, collaborative approach to meet clients where they are and guide them toward healing and self-connection. I draw from CBT, DBT, ACT, and experiential therapies (including play and equine therapy) to help kids, teens, and adults build coping skills, insight, and resilience.
Asking for help & being vulnerable is hard. I’ve been there myself. I know how challenging it can feel to take that first step. Therapy isn’t always easy, but it can be deeply rewarding as you learn to know, trust, & care for yourself more fully. My goal is to create a space where you feel seen, heard, & supported.
