Hello! My name is Victoria and I'm a bi-lingual therapist.
So many people who find their way to therapy aren’t “falling apart”—they’re simply tired of carrying everything alone. They have done a lot of inner work already, but something still feels off: old trauma that won’t stay buried, a midlife shift that’s stirring up questions, or a life transition that’s cracked open parts of themselves they didn’t expect. As an IFS-trained therapist (Internal Family Systems), I help you understand your inner world—your protectors, your wounded parts, and your wise essence.
Together, we help those parts soften so you can lead your life with clarity, confidence, and calm. I blend IFS with CBT, EMDR, breathwork, and somatic awareness. I also offer trauma-informed immigration psychological evaluations for hardship waivers, VAWA, T-Visa, U-Visa, and more.
With 20+ years of teaching Yoga & mindfulness-based techniques, I help you strengthen nervous system regulation and overall well‑being, allowing you to show up more fully in your life and relationships. I am a military spouse of over a decade, love dogs, nature, and writing children’s books—reminders that joy and playfulness matter just as much as healing.
