Hi! I am a licensed professional counselor in the state of Georgia and consider myself fortunate to be able to walk alongside clients to help them achieve healing and happiness. I utilize humor and authenticity to facilitate emotional safety while challenging my clients to maximize their potential. My goal in working with you is to provide a safe space, a non-judgmental place where you feel comfortable and heard. I work with adolescents and adults and I utilize a client centered approach to meet you where you are at, while also using gentle confrontation and unique modalities to challenge your insecurities and self doubt.

I enjoy working with clients who are challenged by unresolved trauma, mood disorders, personality disorders and identity issues. I utilize a variety of techniques including CBT, DBT, motivational interviewing and EMDR. I would love to help support you during your journey towards self actualization.
