Navigating adversity while maintaining self-compassion can be difficult. I strive to provide person centered care to individuals, families and couples. My approach to therapy is individualized, with consideration of the uniqueness of each client's preferences and needs. I utilize trauma informed care with traditional therapeutic methods such as DBT, CBT, and EFT. I am also trained in attachment focused EMDR. I received my BA from Louisiana State University and my Master’s in Social Work from Southern University at New Orleans..

I have experience working with a diverse range of people experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship and family issues, mood disorders and postpartum concerns. I strive to provide an affirming, non-judgmental and empathic environment for all, especially those in the LGBTQIA+ community, people of color, and women.
