About

Hi, I'm Tori! I am here to support you. If you've been feeling anxious, burned out at work, and are feeling disconnected from a sense of purpose, you are in the right place. Therapy is a unique space where you have the opportunity to explore your experiences, relationships, and thoughts through a non-judgmental lens. With this new perspective, you will find a deeper understanding of yourself so you can hone in on the things that make you feel purposeful and connected to your life. I can help you move beyond self-criticism and anxiety to a place of curiosity, patience, and compassion.
When we give ourselves permission to truly feel our feelings- without judgment or force- we gain deep and meaningful insights about who are and lives we want to lead. It can be difficult to face uncomfortable emotions and memories head on, and I am here to support you every step of the way. This is the work I feel so honored to be a part of.
Your emotions, even feelings of disconnection and anxiety, are important signals that your body is using to get your attention. Let's lean in! My love and enthusiasm for this work only continues to grow as I see how impactful it is for so many people. Give me a call and we will talk through everything you need to know about getting started in therapy.
