I work with children and adolescents ages 5–17, including neurodivergent clients, who want to feel more confident, emotionally regulated, and understood. Many of my clients struggle with anxiety, depression, OCD, ADHD, autism, emotional dysregulation, or behavioral challenges that affect home, school, and relationships. In therapy, I help kids and teens practice identifying and regulating their emotions, responding more effectively to challenging situations, and building confidence. I also work with parents to provide practical tools, structure, and strategies at home so families can experience less conflict and more stability.
I take a neurodiversity-affirming approach using CBT, ACT, TF-CBT, mindfulness, practical skills, and parent coaching. I help kids and teens connect thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, build emotional regulation, improve social and family skills, and ensure therapy tools carry over into daily life.
