Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with experience in youth residential treatment, adult PHP/IOP programs, and outpatient therapy for all ages since 2022. I provide a supportive, collaborative space where clients can build skills, overcome challenges, and achieve meaningful growth. I also have experience working with LGBTQ+ clients and individuals from diverse and minority backgrounds, as well as providing individual, couples, and family therapy. In our first session, you can expect a warm, welcoming space where you are met exactly where you are.
We’ll talk about what brings you to therapy, your current concerns, and what you hope to gain from the process. There is no pressure to share anything before you’re ready. Together, we’ll begin building a comfortable foundation and a plan that fits your needs and goals.
As a therapist who has also participated in my own therapy, I bring a personal understanding of what it is like to sit in the client role. This helps me approach sessions with empathy, authenticity, and a strong focus on building trust. I aim to create a warm, approachable, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel comfortable being themselves.
