I offer support for anxiety, depression, self-esteem, trauma-related issues, LGBTQIA+, grief, life transitions, etc. I value providing a safe space for children and adults through listening, empathy, compassion, and open communication. My approach incorporates elements of CBT, DBT, motivational interviewing, trauma-informed care, and psychoeducation.
