Sometimes we may feel life gives us more than we can handle. Even if we have friends and family with whom we can share our feelings, how often do we have someone who can listen to and support us without judgment or bias in order for us to make the best decisions for our lives? This is when it is important to seek counseling from a qualified, ethical, and licensed professional. As a counselor, one of my core beliefs is that we are experts in our own lives; however, we also benefit by having support throughout our journeys in life. I am here to help assist you in your personal journey to wellness.
I have over 20 years of experience in helping clients with presenting issues such as depression, anxiety, life transitions, relationship issues, and substance abuse. One of my professional passions is providing affirmative counseling to persons who identify as sexually- and gender-diverse and assisting clients in finding their voice.
Finding help might feel overwhelming; however, reaching out is the first step. Please contact me and we can see how I can meet your therapeutic needs.
