I am here to help you increase your self-awareness of your patterns and in turn, utilize that information to act in empathy and kindness for yourself.
While therapy is fluid and you and I together will determine what works best for you, I often utilize components of DBT, narrative, existential, psychodynamic and humanist therapies to help you step back and analyze who you are as a whole and what makes you tick.
I focus my practice on empowering you to realize you are the expert in your own life and your own healing. I work under the premise that awareness is the first step to change, whether that means change in how you're feeling or a change in behavior. I look forward to joining you on your exploration!
